A few months back there was a thread on this topic. In that thread, someone posted a scripture that clearly stated that God said He created evil. Anyone know that verse?

God created the possibility for evil. God cannot create what is against his will, which evil is.

God created Lucifer beautiful, one of the highest angels in heaven, the Son of Morning. The angels had free will at one point in time and Lucifer choose pride.

God created all of creation, and see saw it. And it was good.

As I said, someone posted a verse where God clearly states that He created evil or sin, I forget the exact wording.

I think the scripture you seek is Isaiah 45:7. I would also suggest that one who advocates that God literaly created evil read the context of the chapter.

I believe that is it! Thanks Frank.

Bob, if you will read the KJV you will see that instead of calamity it translates rah, raw-aw' as evil.
