They have no excuse because God gave them a choice.

The ELECT are those who have faith in Christ, not those that Calvinism says are the "chosen ones", based purely on nothing.

Based upon faith in Christ. No faith = no salvation.

So God elects those will choose to accept jesus as their Lord and Saviour...

When were they elected? before they placed faith or after ?

And does God based His election per ther faith response, so elects them because He credits them based upon foreknowledge of faith in Christ decision?

Again, you are presuming election is about certain individual being chosen to become believers. That is not what we believe election is about. I've explained this to you several times.

God elected to bring redemption to the world through Israel. He chose certain individual Jews to carry that message to the world. He chose to harden the rest of Israel temporarily. In other words, He chose to cut off Israel and graft in the Gentiles (see Romans 11). He has elected to appeal to all mankind: "Be reconciled to God." He has predestined all those who believe to be conformed to the image of his Son and adopted as co-heirs with Christ.

So while cals believe God election is based upon individuals being called/placed into Body of Christ, Arminians hold election refers to the Plan of salvation itself, or maybe beter the Body of Christ is elect itself...

So Cals would say God predetermined that his elected ones would get Romans 8:28 plan after saved, Arminians say the Romans plan itself is elected and so by receiving jesus by faith you then put yourself into the Plan?

    Ah, Election through scripture

Titus 1:1-2 “Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; in hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.”

1Peter 1:2 “Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.”

Romans 8:33 “Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.”

    Maybe this will help...

"God does not merely foreknow the faith of certain individuals, He foreknows believers. There is another view of election, championed by Robert Shank and others, including myself, that views God's election as primarily corporate in nature. God elected, among other things, 1) the nation Israel to fulfill His purposes (Deut. 7:7-8); 2) the nation of Jacob and not Esau to fulfill His purposes (Gen. 25:23; Rom. 9:10-14); 3) the Church in the New Testament (1 Peter 2:9); through 4) Jesus Christ, God's elect (Isa. 42:1), to fulfill His purposes. The elect, then, in the New Testament, are made up of individuals who have been united by the Holy Spirit into the one body of Christ to fulfill the purposes of God the Father who is working out everything in conformity with His will (Ephesians 1:11). Only as one comes to union with Christ is he or she considered the elect, chosen, or choice of God." -William Birch
