Yes I believe in Redemption bought and paid for by my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

But this kookie Tookie Williams tried to circumvent the Cross by doing 'good' deeds.

Is that the best you can say? Obviously when the truth is in the open the politically mindless have nothing of substance to say. Be they 'conservative'or 'liberal' they do not want to see what is in front of their very eyes.

    "Liberalism is a mental disorder".

Doing good deeds is better than not doing them and he did some well. Apparently, he regretted his past and tried to make up for it (better than not trying).

I don't know the man and I don't pretend to know his soul. Do you know that he had not turned to our Lord?

    Neener neener to you too.

It seems to me that the Nobel Peace Prize ought to go to someone who has worked toward peace in the world. How does environmentalism work toward peace in the world?

I do not believe Gore deserves the prize.

Carter did deserve the prize, imo.

Arafat, Perez, and Rabin deserved the prize, at the time.

Maybe they should make a stipulation that anyone who receives the prize should have to forfeit if they later lead many innocent people to their deaths through terrorism. Just my thoughts.

    I'm not sure but:
Alfred Nobel invented dynamite which killed his younger brother and has been used for evil as well as good.

Inventing something for building/construction/engineering purposes, which is later used for unintended purposes by evil men, is much different than specifically calling for the destruction of an entire race of people.
