Hailey Robey has died

    My cousin Hailey Robey, the infant born 3 months premature after her mother Amber Dawn Robey was shot in the face, has died.

    Hailey is no longer suffering, she is with the Lord.

    Please be in prayer for the family that God will strengthen them during this time of sorrow and great loss.

    Also pray for Cynthia Marchbanks, the woman who took the lives of my cousin and her infant child. Pray that she will give her heart to God. I cannot imagine spending life in prison without the Lord.

    Pray for all families involved.

    I'm praying as well. It's hard to lose one family member let alone two in such a short time. May God grant you, Linda and the rest of your family strength and comfort during this time.

    To be truthful, Galatian, the flesh... the sinful nature desires like punishment given to Miss Marchbanks. Jeremiah said the heart is deceitful above all others and desparately wicked. Our sin nature would have revenge.

    But, as we walk in the Spirit, and are led of the Spirit, we do not fulfill the lusts of our sinful flesh. I am trusting God to keep and strengthen His own during this time of sorrow.

    There is wrestling going on, I would be lying to say there isn't. But, I am convinced that God will not put on us more than we can bear. We have a burden bearer, His name is Jesus. As I cast my cares on Him, this caring Shephard gives me the strength to stand against the nature of the flesh.

    He is faithful who promised.
