And there are no names given for a source. There is no mention of phone calls being taken by Hillary from any source. There is an anonymous columnist named Cockburn that quotes disgraced Roger Clinton as saying a run in 2020 has been discussed within the Clinton family. So essentially we have hearsay being quoted by an anonymous person who is getting it from a known liar.

The DNC is mentioned but only to say that Clinton has a professional relationship with DNC chairman Tony Perez. Nothing about Perez making phone calls asking her to run.
