Let me begin by saying for some unknown reason I set the history for sent e-mail at two weeks, I rarely check it.

I tried deleting it, but it just stays there. I changed the history to 0, hopefully this will clear after sometime.

I wondered if it would take up space on the hard drive like cookies, but that dosen't seem to be the case. Does anyone have any ideas?

Ok, as you can tell I'm computer stupid. I'm using Firefox. I was using Internet Explorer until I couldn't open my junkmail folder. A tech at my ISP suggested switching to Firefox, he gave some reason why IE didn't work, I can't remember why. Occasionally I go back to IE, but it's no go. Anyway Firefox is faster.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
     :D

There are PLENTY of invites lying around, or gmail will send one to your mobile phone if you request it at their site.

I love gmail, and you can still use Outlook if you want to retrieve them from gmail.

Yeah, I have them forwarded to Outlook. Still I no longer suffer dropped mail or 'bounced' messages.

Thank you everyone for the advice, I have it cleared up after some praying and tweaking it's doing just fine.

I guess I'm going to have to give up my computer repair business and return the money all those people paid me to repair their computers over the years. I have all their records stored on my computer so all I have to do is retrieve them-oops I just deleted them.
