Have we ever stood still and thought about "The Commandments-of-GOD" as GOD The Commandment(s)—like “The Sword-of-God’s-Word” is GOD both The Word and The Sword?

Why can’t God not be identified with and BE that which He Himself and ONLY He Himself, uniquely, IS? God is his Law as the Law of God is God.

    Yes!

And that exactly is why Paul argued that if there were a Law that could make alive, one could have lived through that Law.
Now If Christ—if GOD—be that Law, one could live through it because that Law would be God.
Truth is, it is true that Christ—GOD—IS the Law, and that we through God the Law-of-God, HAVE Life, through HIM WHO IS GOD’S LAW.
Paul supposed the TRUTH, no mere improbable impossibility!
