How do we count the Baptists??? How do we find the lost?

I visited a church many years ago. They have a fabulous sign outside the parking lot. It reads "You are now entering the mission field!" It is a fabulous reminder of the Great Commission.

However, I offer this for your consideration.
We must always be in the mission field. For the lost are among us! There are people sitting among us in the Church who do not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior! There are people on this and every other forum who have not accepted the call of Christ on their lives! Our focus must be on identifying the lost and sharing God's gift of eternal life! Identifying as "Baptist" does not offer salvation. Though we pray that all are saved.
