It's hard to cook them at all when their resting place is in the garbage can.

Ask a Chinese friend or at your local Chinese restaurant.

Oh well ... here you are:

CHICKEN FEET AND RICE
Put chicken feet in water. Let cook until done. Add rice, chopped pepper and cayenne pepper. Let cook until rice is done.

If you do not like spicy food add some soy sauce and some oyster sauce. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over them.

This works for duck feet also.
