I am always looking for better ways of training new Christians. Would like some input from you as to good resources, books, programs that you use/have used.

    Thanks!

I am using Discipleship Essentials... here is a link to the book...
    http://www.amazon.ca/Discipleship-E...8882450?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1177899138&sr=1-6

It is mainly a workbook that requires the students work through.

I am going through it slowly in my discipleship class on Sunday mornings.
I went through is last year in the School of Christian Studies (A WVBC bible college) and it was very helpful...

check your email... I will send you a sample lesson...

The Abundant Life by Ray Baughman has lessons designed for new believers. God's Answers To Man's Questions by Alban Douglas has 100 lessons on all sorts of theological topics, as well as practical Christian living.

http://www.aibi.org/ has a lot of different studies developed for Indian churches. They have a free cdrom if you find their info of value. Online availability also.

http://www.bible.org might have some info also if it hasn't been mentioned.

I thank you all, you have shared with me some valuable resources. Now I have to wait for my bank account to catch up so I can buy some of the books you have recommended.
