That was more than two years ago from a less than rigorous source. Any follow up since then?

Yes, but I'll have to find it. I believe it's been posted here in the past and it backed up CNS almost verbatim.

If it was almost verbatim, chances are that the source was the same which would be more of a mere repetition than a confirmation. I seem to recall that the WH has since admitted that no WMDs were found nor any useable biological or chemical weapons.

I do remember some vials of virus in a fridge and some rusted warheads found in a dump.

By verbatim, I meant from the same original source. There have been many efforts to discredit the report, but it has never been proven inaccurate.

I think it save to ignore 180,000 dead Kurds, killed by
gunfire, MWD, poison gas, torture, etc by Sudam's sons.
    Who needs Kurds anyway?

If it's from the same original source then it is not a follow-up, it is deja-vu all over again.

Ahhhh. But you get what you asked for...

Corroboration from what you may consider to be legitimate sources.

Then I fully expect you to put on the full court press to discredit it, but then you're already discrediting it and you haven't seen the sources.:BangHead:

Something tells me you're not going to have an open mind about this.

Yes, that is what I would like to see.

Uh, when will you give it?

So far, all you've said is that there was a follow up which almost verbatim and from the same source. Is that supposed to be corroboration from legitimate sources? Surely not.

You think my mentioning that the OP article is old, from a biased source and contradicted by the WH itself (that WMDs had been found) as well as by its hand-picked inspector is discrediting it? Well, maybe it is - I can't tell without knowing what "it" is.

You say I haven't seen the sources - shouldn't you be presenting them? You said that it had been posted here before - did I comment on it then? If so, is there any reason why it should be more convincing this time around?

It would take some credible evidence to convince me, yes.

Okay, I have a rhetorical for you: How many American lives will be LOST because the Bush administration failed to protect and defend our borders and continues to let millions of illegal aliens to flood into our country (including other than Mexican) in addition to the educational visas in which people from terrorist groups continue to come in legally (like the Taliban who is going to Harvard and the muslim religious scholars visiting our colleges and universities)?

I'd say about 4,000 per year (i.e. more than 4 years in Iraq
each year). But probably would be hard to tell???
