But then who is the Spirit of Jesus and the Spirit of God? Are those the Holy Spirit or someone else?

Here is some scripture, Joseph, that says that Jesus and the Father have always existed and not Jesus taken out of the Father.

    John 1:1-2, 14
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God.”

“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.”

John 17:5 “And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed.”

How do you reconcile these passages with what you are saying about Jesus being "lesser" and "taken out of" the Father?

I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt here.

Okay but you are not giving any biblical support for this view. Jesus is never called a "lesser light" but "light of the world."

We never need a greater light than Jesus! The Holy Spirit is not a "greater light" than Jesus, but rather, He glorifies Jesus. .

Jesus did say that there are degrees of faith that are not attained but by prayer and fasting.

We're told that the fervent effectual prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

We're also told that we lack wisdom and must ask for it.

There are a host of things that one has not yet been given because one neglects a spiritual discipline.

I agree Aaron.. 100% with you.

What I am talking about is the Word and Faith catch phrase "Spiritual Bondage"... As a Christian, we have been set free from our bondage.

And it is Jesus' blood that set us free.. not our fasting.

Yes, I believe there is a place for fasting.. as a spiritual discipline to draw closer to God through worship.

I am 100% agreement with you on this issue!

Man.. I have to reassess my values now!!! ROFL
