    ...that there were manned moon landings from July of 1969 to December of 1972?

    Why do you believe it to be the case?

    Yes, my father was a young boy and was (and is) a nut about astronomy. He watched everything he could about it.

    STILL believe? Why wouldn't I?

    Direct me to evidence that it wasn't so.

    Then explain to me how it's possible to carry out a hoax of that magnitude that included so many people.

    Why hasn't any nation, including the USA not had a manned flight to the moon for half a century after the purported first first men walked on the moon almost 54 years ago?
    Is it just a matter of the lack of money?
    Has any technology in the history of the world ever gone backwards?
    In 1969 people were saying that within a decade there would be manned Mars stations.
    Why haven't there been any advances in this arena, if the manned moon landings were real?

    Are you saying that you don't think that men landed and walked on the moon? And, if so, do you also think that the earth is flat?

    I do not believe that any man has walked on the moon. It's a hoax. It's something that people should have become aware of long ago.
    I do not believe in the flat earth theory.

    A lot of the impetus was wrapped up in the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union after the Soviets launched Sputnik. After the United States defeated in Russia in the Space Race and then a few more trips to the moon, including the almost deadly Apollo 13, the momentum just seemed to dry up for further trips, plus there was economic turmoil with stagflation and political turmoil with the resignation of President Nixon.

    But since the moon walks never happened we did not win the Space race. America wanted to impress the world, especially the Soviet Union. But the "win" was accomplished fraudulently.

    @RipponRedeaux Just out of curiosity, do you also reject that there are man-made satellites and the manned space station orbiting the earth? Do you also reject the various spacecraft that have been sent out into space and other planets? Do you also reject that people have orbited the earth in spacecraft?

    It is beyond sad that millions of Americans still believe the lying media and its CIA cronies after all these years.
    By the way, I think about 25% of Americans doubt the manned lunar landings, but 75% of the world doubts it.

    Of course I believe that there are man-made satellites and space stations orbiting the earth. I also believe that unmanned spacecrafts have been sent out beyond earth's orbit.
