    I've noticed many of our members have been married over 30 years to the same spouse and wondered WHO has been married the longest!

    Answer the question and then, if you'd like, join in and list how many years it is for you and your beloved. If they've passed away, feel free to list how many years you were married to that spouse. [​IMG]

    Now don't be like my father and think you can add up all the years no matter how many 'spouses'! He wanted me to give him a 50th Anniversary Party but when it was 50 years of marriage to 2 different women. [​IMG] !!!!

    Jim and I have been married 35 years this coming October 10th. We actually met April 17th, 1970.

    This weekend my wife and I are celebrating our 10 year anniversary, we were married 10 years ago yesterday. Tonight we will be going on a four hour dinner cruise aboard The Rivership Romance.

    she died slowly of cancer.

    Married to the same wife for 26 years this june. Meet her in Bible college and refused to go out with me cause I skipped church to play basketball one sunday night. Had me hooked from then on. One of the most Godly persons I know. Her relationship with God is awe inspiring. Love her.

    I met my wife when she was involved with Campus Crusade and I was involved with the Navigators in college. We were married over 24 years ago. She is the kindest woman I know.

    I have been married for 11 years. I heard about my wife to be through a woman I was supervising at work. Since I had never met her, and since I was very shy, I sent her a note in the mail and asked her if she wanted to go out. She said yes, I called her up, we went to a movie, "The Beverly Hillbillies", went to eat at Wendy's afterwards. When I took her home I asked her if I could see her again, she said yes, and the rest is history. [​IMG]

    Ed and I have been married three years. I thank God for sending him to me. He is one of the mostly Godly men I have every known.

    My husband and I have been married for 18 years. It seems like we have always known each other though. But he grew up in Ohio and me here in Texas. Although in my youth we had made several trips to Ohio and later after our family moved from Dallas to the lake here, my husband and his family also moved near by and would come up and fish around the same lake. Its a wonder we didn't meet sooner. It is sometimes funny that at times its like we read each others minds as to what we are thinking or going to say. :eek: Well except when I'm thinking about that vacation trip to the Tropics. :D

    4.5 years now, and known each other for almost 7 years now.
