    Here, federal district judge, John C. Coughenour, comments on Michael B. Mukasey's potential service as AG and also his definition of torture, with Judge Coughenour noting:

    When compared with this WSJ article by Mukasey were he says:

    ... which sounds like Mukasey is interested in adopting the "attitude" of terrorists (not admitting mistakes) in order to fight them. Given the fact that the govt. obviously erred (at least) 267 times to date by admittedly detaining that specific number of innocent people, well...
