The latest "Sexually Transmitted Disease Surveillance" report from the Centers for Disease Control reveals an increase in three major STDs, including a new record for reported cases of chlamydia: more than one-million in the U.S. in 2006. The difficulty in detecting that sterility-causing disease is leading one doctor to recommend more frequent screening for women.
