I would vote for Huckabee above Romney or Giuliani.

Also a lot of Christians see anything less than full-time (Pastor, missionary, youth minister ---) service as "less than god's best"!

    Dangerous thinking, but true!

I doubt I'd vote for any Republican but I *could* vote for Huckabee. Romney is as conservative as a Yale frat boy is blue collar and Giuliani will turn big govt. in the general election. At one time I actually thought I liked FT until I found out that he voted to pardon Clinton during the impeachment mess. If I were to vote Republican, which I highly doubt, it would only be for Huckabee.

If you like a governor who let people like Wayne Dumond out of prison, who raised taxes, and who wanted to use taxpayers' money to fund college scholarships for the children of illegal aliens, well, then Huckabee's a candidate you'll love.

You plan to vote for a pro-abortion (pro-death) candidate?

I agree with you, Ivon. I would vote for no Republican presidential candidate except for Ron Paul(I do leave the door a bit open for Fred Thompson if he gets his act together and comes out against foreign adventurism).

I figure I will be voting for the Libertarian Party presidential candidate in November 2008.

That is really quaint, but what are you going to do in a Giuliani-Clinton race?

If they are the only two options, then I can't vote. I will never support a pro-abortion candidate for any position. I refuse to compromise on that.

I'm concerned that so many Christians have such a low view of life that they would support someone who will do all they can to support abortion on demand for any reason. I just can't understand it.:BangHead:

What will you do in a Giuliani-Clinton race? There's no way that you'll be able to vote for the pro-life candidate?

First of all I will pray a pro life candidate gets the nomination. Absent that, a third party.

I can't from notice the Ps104_33 has dropped out of this conversation. I wonder Ps104_33, give the information in this thread, do you still question his motive? Higher vers Lower calling?

    Just wondering.
