who on this board more closely represents your belief or doctrine?

for an example i would say as i read and learn each view that IfbReformer and dr bob seems to share some common beliefs that i do.

Alot of people that aren't here anymore.
Tho, I'm really not surprised.

Justified and I are in the same boat. And I hope that I haven't offended some who I believe would be close, like the Harvest, timothy 1769, Homebound. I have slipped in many ways since moving here to Jersey. Corrupted by the corrupt.

I also have to add in SuWei, who has been a mentor on the Music Forum.

I'd say dianetavegia and RodH. Just to left of the extreme right, not the extreme right, but you can see it from here.

I really can't think of anyone at all. Guess I've never paid enough attention to who was agreeing and who wasn't. It seems I both agree and disagree with most everyone on at least one major issue.
I'm at an odd point to be at. I'm too liberal on some things for the conservatives, and too conservative on some things for the more liberal people.
At least I'm consistant...I'm not a registered democrat or republican either, and I think Bush was the first mainstream party I voted for. Maybe. I forget now. LOL Maybe I didn't even vote for him. I know I didn't vote for Clinton, but did like him quite a bit for most issues.
I'm rambling, sorry!

I don't know. I would like to think that I have, or can learn something from everyone here. Wait, that might mean that I am wrong. Never mind. [IMG]

Never met a man or woman I couldn't learn something from, and benefit greatly. That includes the most lowly and the most elevated....did I mention that I read the King James Version too? [IMG]

Cheers,

Nice try, but I don't buy it. You're still being here shows me you don't belong with that crowd.

I miss Sir Thomas of Cassidy with whom I had many thoughts in common. Many others I feel a close kinship of belief in areas where we've posted together.

I kinda enjoy just about everyone on here. Well, a couple of turkeys flying over the history forum occasionally cause my blood to boil, but even that is good for me!

That’s a tough one since I don’t usually follow a “party line” on doctrine.

However, I always try to read anything the following people have posted:

JohnV
ExxonMobil
Jim1999
gb93433
Mike McK
StubbornKelly
Rev. Joshua

Even when I don’t agree with them, I usually learn something or receive a fresh perspective on an issue, point of theology, or practical living.

I would have to say that there may only be one or two who believes like I do, because I really don't know where some stand on doctrines.

But if I were to name some it would be:

Miss Abby
Granny Gumbo
HeadCoveredLady
and the Primitive Baptist on here [IMG]

although I found others to be very kind and if you can side step individual stands you can have good discussion with anyone!

This is an interesting question. I would have to say that all of you share my doctrine.

1. There is no god but the Lord God of Abraham.
2. God promised a Messiah.
3. Jesus (Yeshua) is Immanuel.
4. One must be lost before they can be saved.
5. Salvation is eternal, and is based solely upon faith, not works.

As for the less-important topics: I would say that I agree with ScotEmerson, MikeMcK, massdak, Jim1999, Johnv et al "more often than not."

I have enormous respect for Dr. Bob and Rev. Joshua.
The same goes for you, Ed!!

I disagree with Timothy1769 on a great many things; however, I enjoy our discussions, and his posts make me think.
I disagree with latterian77 on numerous topics, but really enjoy our very gracious "disagreements," and go out of my way to read his posts.
Dianetavegia and I have disagreed on some topics, but I admire her for the incredible love she has for her family, and the Godly wisdom she gives to others. [I confess: I have lurked on the Women's forum!! <blush>]
I do not agree with everything that showard93 believes, but I have always been very impressed with her writing as well as the manner in which she presents her point of view.
The same can be said for donnA.
Enda (my Brother from the Emerald Isle) and I have very contrasting views on music, but I enjoy our exchanges.
I could go on and on, but I won't. [IMG]
