This is what you have to say to someone offering prayer. yeah, right.
All over the country last night obama voters told of being 1 issue voters, greed, money, give me, give me, give me.
I think his prayers fit perfectly what obama worshippers told the nation.

 

Congratulations again to Florida for contributing so well to our electoral process, kind of like 2000.

And now, ladies and gentlemen, for your entertainment, I would like to announce that Florida's 27 electoral votes are awarded to Barack Obama.

 

Fortunately, my hope is not set on Washington and the one in the Oval Office. My hope is the God of Heaven, the God who sits on the Throne.

Yes, Pal, I will join you in prayer. I will not make light of our need to pray for our country. The needs have been great, and now they will be greater.

(Ken, laugh all you want about prayer. Those of us who aren't laughing at praying might be praying for you too.)

 

The gaps are getting bigger and bigger, aren't they? God bless you for realizing this and wanting to do something about it.

People don't realize and most people have not realized it, that President Barack Obama is actually a moderate Republican, he really does mean to find consensus.

Christians mocking prayer.
I see the socialist brand of non religion is taking effect already.

 

This has been going on for at least the last eight years. Where have you been?

If Christians would stand up and minister to young women who find themselves in trouble, pregnant, single and with no options, instead of whining about who got elected, the abortion total would be headed downward tomorrow.

Where have you been for the last eight years, when Bush was supposedly against abortion, but did nothing to stop it? Where are the Christians who should have been holding Republican politicians accountable for lying to us by promising they would do something when all they wanted was our vote?

It is time to stand in the gap, and for Christians to quit whining, get up off their hands and do some real ministry instead of depending on lying, evil, corrupt politicians to do their work for them.

I've been volunteering at a crisis pregnancy center, and helping a couple who is trying to adopt.

Where have you been?

 

Providing pro-bono legal services to couples who adopt children through a ministry that works with runaways and street kids who wind up getting pregnant and then having no means of taking care of their kids. My wife and I also volunteer once a week at a crisis pregnancy center and I have led our church to make that ministry a mission project that it supports through volunteers and through a monthly financial gift.

Bravo. Good post. There needs to be a little less talk and a lot more action. Many of us are working at these things, but just because you or I are doing these things there needs to be MORE!

 

Neither party gave us choice others than the ones which people fought over on this board. What few ever acknowledged was that both parties are directing us away from republic form of Constitutional government into democrasized socialism. No matter whether you voted for Republican or Democrat, if you had another choice and didn't take it.... then you voted for socializm and globalism, and the party which will take us there fastest is our new leadership.

Of 56 thousand votes casts for McCain, and 20 thousand casts for Obama, 195 votes were casts in my county standing for Constitutional government and laws based upon Christian principals and for Chuck Baldwin.

No one may doubt where 195 people in my county stand..... but even in Christian cilrcles and in the county I know there are about 75 thousand people whose vote did not count because they did nothing by voting with the masses to change the direction of their party! And of that 56 thousand, I'm not that assured that they have the back bone to stand in the gap as the OP suggest.

I hope your right there UTUBE. Of course from where I am standing both Bush and McCain were liberal republicans. The last moderate republican we had was W's daddy and the last real conservative was Regan.

I guess it depends on where your standing in the political spectrum. There are not too many guys right of me.

 

I just have to ask... have you checked out his voting in both the Ill and US Senate. He's one of the most liberal we have.

Shame on you...and I pray for God to extend grace to you. In the Word we are told that men will mock God, it just surprized me that you would be one of the men who mocked God through this prayer. A while back you wrote me about my calling those who voted for Obama, "idiots. You were right, it was a bad witness to those who visit this site. Well, your response was probably as bad as what you pointed out to me.

As for your prophetic prayer Palatka51, I agree with all the Spirit has spoken unto to you this day. This is a righteous and much need Word from God, and I readily receive it.
