    The people who want to be "Best friends" and talk about how bad the previous pastor was, will be the FIRST to turn on you and anything you say will come back to haunt you.

    I think the biggest one for me is what to do when the teenagers are, let's just say "entertaining one another" in the church van, they never taught me THAT in seminary!!!!
