Since today is the day almost all of us in the U.S. are changing our clocks back one hour, I thought this post appropriate: this is a website that addresses the issue, they would like to see us eliminate daylight saving time altogether.

I really dislike the time changes twice a year and would rather see us be on standard time or daylight saving time all year long.

    Here is the URL:

    www.standardtime.com

    I like this time change.

I wouldn't mind, however, eliminating the other one. :D

Well I love the fall time change, why? Because it fixes the spring/summer time change. The spring change is fine until about mid-fall when the sun starts rising later. The result is that when I get up in the morning and get on the road it is dark. I really don't like that. There is just something not right about having to rise and shine before the sun does [IMG] . Of course for the next few months when I get home I have less daylight time, but I can handle that. So all in all I don't really mind the time change at all. It all seems to even out in the end.

I like the time change in the fall. I had some extra people in Sunday School because they forgot to change their clocks. [IMG]

    This is too late.
Congress already voted to extend daylight savings time.

    House Bill 1640 Section 110
It will start in March and End in November

Wel, we did our time change in Aus last weekend, (the opposite way t all you in the Northern Hemisphere) and i like it:) I recon its great having daylight later in the evenings, can do more outside after work.

Mind you, I remember one Autumn (fall) when the clocks went back slipping into church a couple of minutes latewhile they were singing a hymn, and then they pronounced the benedicition....

    Regards
    Bob
