    I blew my back out and can barely move. It seems to be better today but I am still afraid to move much.

    I have degenerative disc disease and have "blow" my back out 2-4 times a year. I know what you are going through and it's not fun. I'll be praying for you.

    Actually I have been on board more over the last couple of days. I don't get much sleep and my recliner is the only thing that is remotely comfortable. I cracked a vertebrae and herniated two disks in 99. Of course it all continues to degenerate. A few days ago I lifted more than I knew I should and am paying for it.
