    I guess diplomatic turn about is fair play.

    I think that the Iranian resolution is silly in spite of some of the activities that the CIA has been involved in.

    When Iran calls anyone a terrorist they have no legitimacy or credibility. However, when the US Governement speaks on this issue it carries much weight in the eyes of the world.

    You should say, "when the U.S. government used to speak on this issue it carried much weight". The Bush administration has pretty much destroyed that credibility.
