Exactly....& thats what the Calvinist thinks....not the other way around.....so we are simpatico on this

 

Since we all don't have the same interpretations on things, I guess all of us are in sin then?

 

Now your "thinking" (IE., assuming) instead of knowing.....brother, forgive me if I appear to criticize, but that is a textbook case of fostering an opinion. I'd rather you say unequivocally that you know something, or conversely that you do not. If there is a question about it then just don't say it.

For your own edification, Doctrines of Grace believers come in all walks of life, from regular folks to the well educated and all will agree that their faith is derived from what they read in the bible. We have hopefully demonstrated that to anyone in here (BB)who can read. Sadly, this is not the church's finest hour. We all live in an age of weak theology & casual Christian conduct. If you wish to marginalize , then look to those folks that enter the church with with secular, humanistic, relativistic, materialist & anti-intellectual agenda's who will corrupt & destroy; not the Calvinist wishing to Honor & Glorify God. In that regard, I am convinced that you are on the wrong path. True Christianity needs to be unifying.

think that IF one defines a cal as one holding to their doctrines of DoG for Sotierology, able to co assist well, THAT is happening in my own church now!

IF defined as how reform baptsit would see it though...

Probably lot harder to peacefully co exist!

 

My pastor Evangelical non call, elders DoG, split in the congregation...

We respect each others views"joke around" with it...

Still maintain love and unity of the body, as Christ died for, and Paul commanded us to do!

Think that jesus meant it when he commanded us to love one another, and to keep the unity of his body IF at all possible!

Don't thin dividing on this issue rises up to the level of heretical doctrines being epoused!

non cals fail to see the truth o0f just HOW God saves, but their gospel still used by God to save!

 

On the correct interpretation of foreknowledge and election of course!

 

how about the DoG explain best HOW God saves us, but that nON cals still preach/teach a saving Gospel?

now the doctrines of grace folks I know point to one central truth.... salvation is all of grace because it is all of God; and because it is all of God, it is all to His glory.

 

And non cals hold tot he exact same thing.
