That is not Biblical. Psalms 2:7 God says, "Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee." An event in time. Acts of the Apostles 13:33, teaches this refers to His resurrection.

Is there a Baptist who doesn't know John 3:16? And there are few who don't know the following verse.

Clearly, He is the begotten Son prior to His resurrection.

I don't know, but I never claimed Jesus was less than God. If you're referring to others who posted here, then, I don't agree with them. Although I don't know the answer, maybe begotten in this context means that He is unique or resurrected, as others have said either here, in sermons I've heard, or in articles I've read.

All three persons of the Trinity have equal authority and power, those being infinite, but as the God the Son proceeds from the God the Father, so also the God the Holy Spirit proceeds from God the Son, and they have chosen to operate according to certain roles. But I could be wrong.

So, if I'm wrong about that, I invite anyone who wants to correct me to correct me.

Per the Creeds, Father begat the Sin, while Father and Son begate the Holy Spirit!

The Father, the Son of God and the Holy Spirit being Yahweh, they being the one and the same God have no origin. Those creeds are in error.

In the case of the Persons who are God, Deuteronomy 6:4, ". . . LORD our God is one LORD: . . ." Not two, not three, but the one LORD God.
