    Regarding Hebrews 4:16

Does anybody have the definitions for the word that is translated as boldness in the KJV bible?

What do you think this boldness is, regarding approaching the Throne of Grace for a child of God? When could the concept of being bold cross the line? Is it possible to be too honest with God while positively alone and in a secret place?

    Just wondering what you thought...

There's really no such thing as being "too honest with God," since He already knows all and sees all, even to what we hold in the depths of our hearts.

Confidence that we have His permission to be there and to speak.

If you aren't completely honest then the only person fooled is you. You cannot be too honest.
