    For three years we have heard Obama say that the top 1% should pay their fair share. Today, I heard Obama mention the top 2%. I also found this article
    So when will it be the top 4 %, how about the top 12 %, the top 20%. Meanwhile the % of working a
    Americans who do not pay Federal Income tax will rise from some 40% to well over 50%
