He supports the mass slaughter of millions of unborn children every year. Iraq doesn't compare.

No. Obama ain't done killing yet. And, he's doing it against Pakistan's will.

And surgical strikes that kill civilians aren't very surgical.

Why do you always leave out the democrat party's support of "Bush's" war ?

And just what is so "just" about air raiding villages, & killing civilians in ANY country ?

So JC are you going to answer or not?

Your refusal to respond essentially gives the lie to all your anti Bush ranting in the past!

Obama certainly gave the impression that he was the 'peace candidate.'

And now we have - in only a few weeks - Mr Obama's War????

Like some of us have been saying - it is politics as usual. No real change at all.

Not exactly. Obama said during the campaign that he was going to increase the number of troops in Afghanistan because our objective should be to go after the terrorists. Bush invaded Afghanistan and then pulled a large number of troops out to invade Iraq. We never had any good reason for starting the war in Iraq. Then Bush comes back to say that he's no longer interested in going after bin Laden. (What was he interested in?) Afghanistan starts going downhill to the extent that we're now in danger of losing. Obama didn't start the war in Afghanistan. He's just trying to keep from losing Bush's war.

JustChristian, what would "winning" in Afghanistan be? Elimination of all terrorists?

Won't increasing the number of troops in Afghanistan be used as a recruiting tool for terrorists?

He was kind of forced in to it when you think about it, during the campaign may people said he would turn tail and run.
