is The ESV the Conservative Counterpart to the Niv 2011?

    As it seems that either of them are popular, but that the ESV tends to be used in more conservative churches?

    Go look it up yourself. Its amazing, in the front of any copy of both texts is an introductory portion explaining their aims. Read them, summarize them, think about it, think about it, then talk with someone in person.

    Do your own homework.

    Just was wondering WHy the ESV seems to be the preferred modern version today in conservative christians circles?

    To be fair those in charge have said he was not banned literally. Issues with his username came up.
