    free download for Photoshop. Price of this is so high. Anything similar will do, but must be free.

    Google for free photoshop type program

    Gimp is among the first page and is supposed to be pretty good.

    Gimp is considered the equivalent of Photoshop; but has a steep learning curve.

    I use an early version of Photofiltre; there's also Paint.Net.

    You might try www.alternativeto.net to see if there are any others that might work for you.
