Hi, just a quick test so I can make any needed changes before I start promoting it. Is the site I started, www.freewebs.com/interstate777 theologically correct? If you see any problems that need correction, please let me know either here or in a pm. Thanks for you help. [IMG]

I'd change that to Jesus rose from the grave. I know what you mean, but a newbie won't, and a newbie in Christ might stumble over it. Beyond that, the grammar needs some work, and the graphics are -- well -- not well done. There are thousands of sites on the internet similar to yours ~~ how a site looks is important. First impressions can cause one to stay and linger, or leave and forget. [IMG]

After the second exit, nobody's going to click on the others, so they're pretty useless.

I know everybody doesn't see it this way, but the long-distance sinner's prayer always bothers me. Typical Armenian easy believism. Others on this board will think its the best thing since pockets on a shirt, though.

You have "adultery" spelled wrong twice on Exit 7.

Also, it would be very important to say "Jesus bodily rose from the grave" rather than "God rose from the grave."

It's important to have the "bodily" resurrection emphasized. JW's believe Jesus rose but they say he rose spiritually (amongs other errors).

I think what you have there is a good idea. God can use it.

A lot of people on this board (not including me) reject the idea that we must make "Jesus as Lord over our lives" as a requirement for salvation. See the thread on Lordship Salvation. To me this rejection of Christ's command to "Follow Me" is Calvinism in the extreme, salvation without discipleship.

Also, I would say you have to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior BEFORE making the decision to follow God. The off ramps are detours in your Christian life which need to be resolved through repentance.

Looks like a "Trucker's site", with directions of where each exit leads. [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

But "calvinist" don't need directions, they're already "programmed" by "GPS" (God's Personal Service) with directions. [IMG] [IMG]

I can help on sentence structure, paragraphing, and so on. I can create a nice-looking textual presentation. I can save that to my webspace, then you can go there to copy the html. I can't do great-looking graphics for the road and the off-ramps.

I really like the message that your web site delivers. I'm in total agreement with the message because I am a very "easy-believeism" person.May God use your web site to bring many into His kingdom.

I am thinking of putting a "follow up" page to the site. What do you recommend be on it. Maybe a suggested Bible reading plan or a church finder or something. What ideas do you have?

Scripture quotations, word-for-word, that speak directly to your presentation, without commentary, and a link or links to churches in your area.
