If this is true and not Palestinian propaganda, then I would say it is okay if the Palestinians were trespassing and violating private property rights of the Israeli settlers. At least they didn't lynch them or stone them to death. </font>[/QUOTE]1. They were not trespassing. They were attacked by a bunch of extremist terrorists.

    2. The only reason they were not killed by the terrorists is because the IDF intervened and stopped the terrorists.

    LE,

If somebody broke into my home and started shooting a weapon at me or my family, or even if we were in public, I would use whatever was handy to bash their brains in before they had the chance to do anymore damage. Wouldn't you? Be appalled if you want. But, I am thinking you would probably do the same thing. I could also likewise say that I am appalled that you refuse to condemn the terrorist acts of the Israeli settlers, and we could go on and on, etc...

Remember that the media will always gravitate towards "shock effect" by using things out of the ordinary.

There are bad apples in every bunch and the Israelis are certainly no exception.

I agree with Joseph that "stopping the action" requires whatever amount of force necessary; regardless of who's side the terrorist just happens to be on.

Breaking the law is "breaking the law" and when violence is served-up, it will be dealt with in whatever manner deemed necessary to end it as quickly and safely as possible.

    Just my humble thoughts.
