Issue of credit cards

Does anyone know of Bible College or Christian Organization that issues credit cards? I know that Bible Baptist College in Springfield, MO does.
Our church is going to apply for a card and thought we might help someone out if we knew of good organization.

I have a Liberty Godparent Home Visa issued by a ministry of Thomas Road Baptist Church.
