Sorry but it looks like Rollins is going to have to start all over again. I will agree with two out of three in cooperstown. Pete Rose agreed to a lifetime ban. He shouldn't have done that. He has done alot for baseball and even with his gambling is a better role model than alot of players already in the Hall of Fame. However he made an agreement with Major League Baseball and now he has to live it.

I've got no problem with walking Edmonds to get to Rolen. As a matter of fact I think it should happen more often. :D

I went to a game a Kauffman back in 88 I think it was. A bad thunderstorm came through and everyone had to go into the lower level of the stadium for safety. The weather cleard the delay was over and the game went on. I can't remember who was playing or even if the Royals won or not.

I have also attened games at Busch, Wrigley Field, Candelstick, Fenway, Milwaukee County, Ballpark at Arlington, New Comiskey, and the Astrodome.

The Astrodome was the worst. I hate the cubbies, but I love Wrigley. I also really liked Fenway and the Ballpark at Arlington.

Uhhh Bill, I do believe the Cubs gave the Cards their first loss of the season yesterday as Greg Maddux pitched a great game and handcuffed all those big hitters. [IMG]

Game 2 starts in a few mins [IMG]

Maddux is still the man, too bad he's not stil with the Braves. Braves starters can't do nothin this year! :( But I hope the offense keep up like it's going.

Tigers won again last night. This is their best start since the 80s.

Congrats to the Cubs too! It will be nice to see them sweep the Cards.

    Bible Believing Bill,

All of the "domes" are the worst. All of them...every last one of them...should be imploded. New Orleans, Georgia Dome, Minnesota, Syracuse, etc etc etc.

Baseball and football are meant to be played OUTDOORS!!!!

If it raining you get wet, if its windy you deal with it, if its cold you dress for it, if its hot you bear with it.

    Period.

I just despise these hidious "domes".

    Grrrrrr

Hey Bill, need a broom :D

Now Bill ya know I gotta get my shots in now. The Cardinals will probably go on to win all the rest of the games against the Cubs and win the central by 20 games. But it is fun while it lasts [IMG]

I'm still here, I am just ducking for cover. Believe me everyone is getting their shots now. You cubbies fans have to because once the weather gets hot the cubbies will lose, lose, lose.

    Welcome back Bill [IMG]

The Cardinals have a beautiful new ballpark. I watched part of the ceremony yesterday regarding it. I still have no clue why they needed a new park and why with all our other issues in the state they dished out 365 million for that. But it is beautiful.
