My church is going through the book respectable sins. I am not in the class unfortunately as I have to work nights on second shift. However this wont stop me from buying the book if it is necessary. Has anyone read it and what are you thoughts? He's a great author and I have read his book "The Practice of Godliness" which is a commentary on the fruits of the spirit in Gal 5:22ff from the NIV translation.

Regarding respectable sins is it worth the purchase? I also have a book by James MacDonald on biblical change and I wonder if that book will suffice, as I have yet to read it. Or would you recommend this Bridges book instead?
