    The goal of spreading the wealth is to destroy it and make everyone equal. All of the prominent dems consistently cry about the disparity between the wealthy and the middle class and the two worlds we live in. Destruction is the goal.

    Did Jesus tell the government to aid the poor, thus removeing the responsibility from individulas, or did He tell individual christians/ or the church, to aid the poor?
    Or prehaps in your mind they are the samethng.
    Which makes more snce if Obama supporters are considering him the messiah, and voting for athieism(the religion of socialism and communism), do away with all competeing religions and support the religion of obama.

    I think this poster is just a troll. No one with ANY level of biblical wisdom would take Matthew 25 and use it to support "spreading the wealth" That has to be the dumbest think I have read on BB!

    While I don't always agree with Baptist Beleiver, especially in this thread, he or she is not a troll but a legtimate BB member.

    I'm not saying that government money should go to those who are able to work and choose not to. In fact my real emphasis is on providing medical care. It's a crime that a country as rich as America barely beats out Cuba on the World Health Organization's assessment of medical care. The U.S. is No. 42 in the world. Should Americans be proud of that? Specifically, should we as Christians be proud of that?

    It is against the law in the US to deny anyone medical care regardless of whether or not they can pay.
