His opponent for the 2010 election is the one who received a burst of donations...

This is what your article says:

    September 10, 2009
(Updated): Wilson's opponent raises more than $500K

I think that's great but don't see why you're so thrilled about it.

Just to bring you up to speed, alatide...

Joe Wilson has raised over $1,000,000 since calling out "the one".

    That is double his opponent.

What counts is how many votes he gets in 14 months.

Lets keep an eye on it.

It's South Carolina. I can always hope, but my bet is there are enough bubbas to get him re-elected.

Alright, no cheating now, we are Christians.

    What is his opponents name?

So, with no knowledge of his opponent...and based upon his two-word outburst...we have a right to denigrate a whole group of people in South Carolina? What's the real connotation....is it that they are racist? Stupid? Inbred? I think you should define your terms. Put it on out there.

    And let's be consistent, MP...

    • Would it be right for me to suggest that those who voted for Kennedy in Massachusetts were in favor of killing their dates?
    • Would it be right for me to suggest that those who vote for Robert Byrd in WV are KKK members?
    • Would it be right for me to suggest that those who vote for Barney Frank...(never mind...I don't know a way to tactfully finish that statement)?
It's way overboard, IMO, to denigrate such a large group of people for Wilson's actions. Especially since there are a large portion of people (of which I am one) that believe Wilson behaved inappropriate to the forum, but that his sentiments were on the money.

So does that make me a "bubba?"

Well, I would say that you are a liberal - would you not agree?

List for me five beliefs which conservatives hold that you do not that you would say that you are able to tolerate.

As soon as I enroll in a class where you are the teacher, I will feel obligated to list anything you demand of me. Until then...

You've been caught in another lie. You said you were going to leave. Why can't you, please, follow through on a commitment for once.

Hmmmm... your reticence supports my point.

I suspect that there are no beliefs held by conservatives that you do not also hold that you are capable of tolerating.

    No threatening PMs please.
