This is what I was thinking... What would it take for the SCOTUS to declare the patriot act unconstitutional?

 

It's bad no matter who came up with it. It was passed with support of both parties on October 26, 2001. So it is a product of the 9/11 attack just like the current spending is a product of the economic crises.

 

I thought this thread was about Obama slamming the Military Veterans.

 

For all this tyranny to take place, one more item will have to happen and that is total amnesty for all illegals. 50,000,000 democrat voters overnight. Watch for this because this is the most important item on the Obama agenda.

Obama slamming vets is his name for the HS report. In his view, that was the reports purpose.
