I don`t know when THE LORD will return, but I do know that I should try to live as if HE is coming any minute now.

 

I guess I missed the part in the Bible that tells us that conditions in the United States will determine when Christ Jesus returns.

Date setting is very foolish. The Bible says we will not know the day nor the hour. But the Bible clearly gives us guidelines of those signs which would be complet or well within view. Much of those 'signs' were hidden in prophecy and not understood at the times previous generations felt the return of Christ was imminent. As deceptive as many have been in believing the LORD's return was upon them..... it is my personal belief that many are now being deceived by that historical record as though its precedent is a higher authority than the scripture which tells us the signs of his coming that we may KNOW that his appearing is very close at hand.

Let's look at the book of Daniel.....where certain prophecies were sealed until the time of the end. Let's look at the statue..... most of which was formed and revealed in the next several centuries following the Babylonian Empire. Wars have come and gone since the early beginnings of man's 'civilization'..... but, nowadays, these are not tribal skimishes, or border disputes..... the wars are of major proportions with two already past, classified as 'World Wars' due to the magnitude of the battles, and the involvement of all major industrial nations.

Look at the turn 'unlawfulness' is already taking. Abortion isn't criminal or a medically necessary tragedy...its a 'choice'. Marriage vows are not forever.... they are contracts with the states permission making legal a relationship which used to be considered illegal without the state's permission..... and, with the state's permission... can be broken and new contracts generated with the state's permission. What used to be called 'living in sin' is now just shaking up or 'a living arrangement'. Some young people..... and some not so young people...... engage in 'booty' dates for no other reason than to satisfy physical lusts and desires without attachment or responsibility. We elect officials who break laws which we would be prosecuted for (tax evasion.... becomes 'a mistake' or a 'misunderstanding'), or practice infidelity or are sodomites and flaunt it, and have no shame....and then WE reelect them. Many claim they judge on character...... but the proof in the outcome of elections and interviews with the voters concerning the issues is that votes are cast upon more superficiality than anything to do with character, principles, honesty, consistancy.... We have people who terrorize city blocks and neighborhoods... and call them gangs: we have people who hate whether with or with out cause an kill innocents and celebrate with glee...and we named them terrorist. We have a government that is afraid to honestly and justly profile those folks and chooses to make an example of those of us who disagree politically with its policies and targets the disagreeing citizen as a terrorist. But these are not the signs of which the Bbile speaks specifically. What it does speak about.... the innocent (righteous) being targeted and profiled: A method of tracking and following every person so that he cannot hide or remain hidden for long: A system of exchange and commerce which makes money and coinage no longer a practical commodity: Technological advances and knowledge so great and masterly as to seem to upsurp the power of God: Famines, pestilences, disease, signs in the heavens and signs in the earth.
In a lifetime..... the television which was a massive box with glass tubes and a small cathode tube picture is now a small screen which can be worn as a wrist watch. The computer which filled a room and used to take hours to run data which was fed by punch cards can do as much an more in the space the size of a deck of cards. Diseases can be manufactured in a lab for which mankind has no resistance to...... bio-engineered by genetic splicing..... sometimes crossing species barriers. The heirloom seeds for food and other use is no longer just hybridized by cross polination..... a process which even nature accommodated in the natural.... but now enters the labarotory as one thing.... and exits with newly spliced genetic material to produce..... what used to be called 'food' but now has new characteristics like resistance to environmental chemical sprays to control competitive growths.... or produces chemical to kill or discourage bugs and plant disease without knowing if or how it may affect those who depend upon its staple in the diet.... Two such GMO's come to mind.... corn and soyabeans, although there are others being added to the food chain. While there has not been any genetic foundation discovered to homos@xuality in the past...... one can put together a significant and substantial argument for the feminization of men due to chemicals found in our food, water, and containers which are so-called 'food-safe'. This does not excuse the practice... which is a behavior of choice.... but it does help explain that man's design 'intended for good' is often against God's design of what He made was good.... and this altering of God's design is creating a corruption within the very life cycle which promotes evil outcomes.

There are some who believe that by the end of this year or the first of next year..... we will be at war with Iran: Others believe a war with Korea is on the horizon. Some also think that whole 'global' or 'international' monetary system will fail in a short while.... and when it does.... a new substitute is already in the plans of those inside the inner circle of these evil and enslaving faux systems, to skip the system we've been acquainted with and jump to a cashless society. Doctors used to be trained with the Hipocratic oath to first do no harm.... but our medical schools today include classes and lectures on the environment and sustainability, cost-effectiveness of treatment, the importance of population control, pain management and terminal illness.... and the 'dignity' of euthansia. Research is no longer aimed at 'cures' but at drug control of diseases or complaints arising from symptoms of disease or physical distress: These keep the waiting areas of doctors offices filled with patient interested in the latest pharmacological 'miracle'..... but produce few, if any, cures.

If families aren't split by divorce..... they are being split by economy. The survival folklore and wisdom is no longer being past from one generation to the next as the contact and regular sharing of experience and involvement over several generation is no longer persent in most families. When the children leave the nest and also the home community to find work elsewhere.... sometimes hundreds, sometimes thousands of miles away.... there is lost communication in the daily experiences, and consistency of support. Whatever precepts weren't taught in the early years....those which waited for the 'right time' when the experience caught up with the opportunity..... are missed in the adult life.

Now, with GPS, 'they' whoever the powers are which need such a system to be in place... can find you. And, with all true efficiency of government coming to light in recent years.... it is becoming clearer to me as I observe these changes.... 'they're' finding us.... is not for our sake and our safety as popularly promoted...... but when it serves their interest.

I recently had to order a document from a state department and give some kind of finacial data to cover the cost. I purchased a money card to process this as I didn't have charge cards and didn't know the exact cost and wanted no delay of mail: After giving them the card information..... to verify that I was who I claimed to be.... they asked me something like 5 personal questions which I should know. Each question was unrelated to the others and each one offered a multiple of prearranged choices which looked random but only had one correct answer. After answering each one, my order was approved. What does this mean? ....... It means they already have a fairly intimate database on me without my knowledge or intention, built up to verify my identity. Other than my social security number, birth date, current addy, birth place.... when was this other datat collected? One related to a brief period of my life of about 3 months during which I don't recall having to submit any personal information such as a tax form so just how was it captured, by whom, and for what purpose, and that was BEFORE the Patriot Act was in place!

I'm now of the opinion.......... BIG BROTHER already knows more than we think.....AND when some government shill complains 'ignorance' of some event or some terrorist..... it is because that is what they want us to think..... but it is not nearly as likely to be the truth. They already know and have data bases on everyone and it is seldom....as in this case of my inquiry on a weekend night.... making an inquiry into an automated computer system to order a personal document.... that just how much they already know about someone with virtually no legal history, no felonies, no misdemenors, no exceptional acheivements or visibility which should gain attention....... This should have the reader asking himself "What do they know about ME? And how does a data base storing my info really protect me? Is it REALLY to my advantage that 'they' can verify my authenticity.... or can it also work against me if stolen or hacked into or corrupted with misinformation.....stuff which I may not discover until such time as I really need to prove myself to be me and find an imposter has polluted my file?"

Israel became a nation in 1948. Since that time there's been little if any real peace in the middle east. Each of the two WW, brought about a rearrangement of alliances.... new imputus for agreements between nations 'for peace' and treaties from the first WW which insured an involvement of those nations if any among them were attacked.... and treaties from the 2nd WW which insure that significant perception of encroachments upon certain interests will involve many nations in a 3rd WW.... In the meantime, the economy of each nation is no longer a matter unto itself but involves the global economy of others.... including the debts. Products which were once made wholey within one country....now have divisions and specialities which are farmed out to industry in another country so that a division by design has created a necessity to interdependance for survival. This even includes specialties of knowledge, engineering and research and technological sharing. These will eventually carry over to the necessity of standardizing laws which regulate quality and economic exchange.... which also means there is increased demand for movement of people as well as products between nations... and therefore a standard of law and governance by which all are held to a standard which is commonly understood and agreed upon by all....... which means compromise and changes in the way law is observed, judged and carried out.

Translating programs are now available which almost eliminates the necessity for learning another language...... and as we observe the use and misuse of words in politics...... we can see how even the meaning of words is changing and by there use, are either deemed desirable or undesirable..... as a separate 'idea' from the original meaning.... which might have been entirely neutral (once upon a time) except when taken in context.

The Bible doesn't give any indication that once this federation of nations becomes complete.... that it will last long. We've already, in this century, been witness to several types of governments, the USSR and the Nazis Socialist/Facist regimes: the so-called swine flu epidemic; keyboard wars of computer directed military actions by drones: The universal spread of information and disinformation: Cell phone technology where few places are so remote that excludes it from communication. Satellite location and 'spy' eye in the sky systems: Communities and businesses increasing camera surveilance systems: Biometric technology which identifies unique characteristics of individuals, like fingerprints, and can pick individuals out in a crowd...... The rehersial for the end-times are nearly complete and the evil imagination of the prince of this world is writing his script upon the hearts of people who desire power...... and the prophecies will be fulfilled.

Even so, Come Lord Jesus!
Come and cleanse us and cleanse this world!
Come in all power, honor and glory!
Come.
Maybe in my lifetime. Maybe not.
But He will come and EVERY KNEE shall bow and EVERY TONGUE will confess
Jesus Christ IS LORD.

to tell others about the blessed hope for all eternity
