I reported that ad and a few others to webmaster and he's looking into it. BTW... Jim1999 made a funny about his head itching but no lice... and we got an ad for lice removal.

The one showing right now is about Gorilla's! I DID shave my legs today too!

Google picks up on words on each page. If we type in childcare, childcare, childcare, nursery, baby items, etc........ the ad will appear to match what is being discussed!

What I cannot figure out is the wildlife ads!

Bishop Spong advocated the Homosexual lifestyle and interetingly teaches that Jesus Christ did not ressurect from the cross.

I say interesting because Liberal Christians still assert belief in the ressurection. Or at least those that I know do.

There is an immediate problem with left wing and Right wing political issues influencing the churches to choose a side for their religious belief. Obviously most Christians are on the Right Conservative side, and some are on the left. Yet for those on the right do we consider fully the issues that are campaigned for on the Left side? Welfare, the Environment, Quitting third world debt. All good causes that any Christian on the right side should pay carefull attention to.

Hence it is better in my opinion to stay in the centre, considering each issue on its merits, rather than wearing a blanket label.

 

Yep. As most of you know by now, I'm left-of-centre politically but pretty conservative theologically. You'll find that's quite common here, mate.

I think this is a good idea.

I am still confused about all these labels, right and left, liberal and conservative, I just know what I believe and further, if I think some one is teaching, preaching, writing, against God's word, then I stay away from that person's writings.

I want my mind and heart filled with the Love of God and His teachings.

I cannot change the "world" but I am responsible for my family.

Just because a person disagrees with another person on one issue does not make him bad, evil, or a liberal.

The Holy Spirt will lead us in our understanding of the scripture if we will let Him.
