Liberal Judges Blocking State Abortion Law after Roe downfall

    don't take this as a challenge to Dobbs - as you all here know, all the ruling said was that there was no constitutional right to abortion after all, and the issue reverted back to the states. Louisiana had a law banned them that kicked in when the ruling came down, the pro-aborts are claiming the state law was too vague and this judge granted an injunction.

    The LA state supreme court will probably overrule this judge, but, if not, the LA legislature will have to write and pass a new law. Canadyjr is right that abortion has not been settled, this is going to go on and on in many states.
