Governor (NM) Gary Johnson and Gov (MA) will be the Libertarian Party Candidates.

Four years ago, Johnson with 1,275,951 popular votes, received 1% of the vote for POTUS.

Any predictions on what % and raw votes he will receive in 2016

Oh, he may very well double his raw vote take. The question is, will he affect any of the swing states.

This ticket will get about 1 or 2 percent in the general and will probably have little impact on the EC votes, except maybe in the state of New Mexico, since Gary J is still popular there. Weld wasn't the best choice for VP IMO, but he won't do damage to the ticket.
