    As I reflect on the portion of the DOI, I consider it to be a political statement that is impossible to be fulfilled by sinful mankind. It is idealistic to say the least.

    While I do not support or identify with these high-school students, I support their right to express their opinion.

    Why is this cause for any recrimination by civic or school authorities?

    This should be an opportunity for a civics lesson at home - hopefully!
