looking for free program

    Hi all,

    I have been noticing lots of connections in and out of my computer, especially shortly after starting up firefox.

    My firewall shows the ip addresses and udp in/out tcp in/out. I would like to know if anyone knows of a program which would show which programs a sending or recieving
    info.


    I think most of these are probably programs looking for
    updates.
