If you were at the scene of an accident and you saw two people you knew, one a Christian neighbor and one not, both equally injured and will die without help, but you can only help one, which do you choose to help?
(or as a twist for the legalists, what if you know neither, both are female, and one is in a dress and the other in slacks? :p )

Let me finish the scenario -- long country road, no cell phone, no farmhouses, no other person available but you, right?

OK, I have medium medical knowledge and am only reasonable in a first aid crunch. I would have to triage quickly to see which one I was most capable of helping. That's the sad thing, isn't it? It would depend on my skill and not their 'worthiness' or spiritual condition or anything.

However -- [IMG] -- knowing God can do both at once, you'd better believe I'd be praying my head off the whole time!

I pray I will never find myself in such a situation!

Would take care of myself first, and pray for both of them.

Get sick at the sight of blood. Can't watch ER without hyperventilating.

I would be NO GOOD at this.

Calling Circuitrider! (He's a great preacher AND an EMT too - he would handle them both and make a sandwich on the side . . . )

I'd wish I had a clone of myself.

Seriously, I'm not one for hypothetical rolls of the dice. I have faith that' if I'm ever in a unique situation like that, the Holy Spirit will guide me to do whatever I'm supposed to do at that time.
