    My first two years in high school we marched 8 steps for each five yards and had to raise our thighs level with each step. That may not be a sport but it must be the next closest thing when blowing into a brass instrument(a baritone in my case). My last two years were at a different high school and we marched 6 steps for each five yards and it was easier.
