This would not be possible for you.

You need to learn how to communicate first.

YOu need to find out what a "liberal" might
mean. There are relative "liberal" measurements
and absolute "liberal" measurements.

For example, my Mainstream Baptist
brethren are relatively more liberal than
by Southern Baptist Church (SBC) brethren on
most issues. But the SBC is very conservative
absolutely and the Mainstream Baptist
are very conservative (absolutely) as well.

When you skid your wheels on ice,
it does no good to "give 'er more gas".

 

The problem I see, Massdak, is that you'd need to rely on others for their interpretation and since our idea of liberal is not the same as another's idea of liberal.... it would cause problems. You might have a site where there was a set of 'check marks' on what is and is not considered okay within a church.

I'd watch for 'women preachers, women deacons, acceptance of gay lifestyle, pro-choice' and shun any church that okayed those teachings. Someone else might think those are non issues.

It sure would be tough!
