Matthew 25:14-30

    CNN had a short news story about Fellowship Bible Church and interviewed their pastor this morning. While preaching on Matthew 25, the pastor created an opportunity for the congregation. The elders gave $30,000 to members (each member receiving between $10 to $100) to grow it and do good.

    Brings to mind a couple of questions:

    ! - What are your views on such a challenge?

    2 - What would you do with money given you.

    Well, with that amount-go to flea markets, estate and maybe yard sales for items I can buy cheap that I am sure I can get more for it at online auctions.

    Our church in Pulaski, Va does this every year. I believe the Sunday after Thanksgiving each member is given $5. They are to take and increase it. On Ressurection Sunday, you are to bring in the increase, and the money is use for missions.
