Unlike President Bush and Obama would like us to think... we are not just at war with the Taliban and Al Queda.. but with all of Islam. And behind Islam the powers of Satan that fuel this false religion...

    Proof?
    Watch this...

The people rejoicing were not Al Queda... Not the Taliban.. but average, everyday MUSLIMS....

True Islam teaches hatred toward America.

Baloney. The video does NOT prove this. You just slandered many of your fellow American citizens who are Muslim.

Maybe you are, but I, as a follower of the King of Kings, refuse to condemn an entire group on the basis of the actions of a minority percentage of that group.

Does that mean that if Islam was 51% murderous religious fanatics, you'd condemn the religion?

Nobody thinks all Muslims are bad. The vast majority are normal folks just trying to make a living and live in peace. But there are a great many, albeit a minority, that would impose their beliefs by force on you.

As I pointed out in another post, being a minority means nothing. The Nazis were a small minority but took over Germany. The socialists were a very small minority in Russia but imposed communism on millions for 70 years. The ruling government in Iran is a small minority. The average Iranian actually likes America.

Just because only a minority of Muslims are fanatics does not mean they are not a clear danger. They are causing huge problems all over Europe right now and imposing their laws on non-Muslims.

I don't know what a person has to show you before you get it. This Muslims are imposing their culture on non-Muslims all over Europe right now, you can read headlines on it daily. And pretty soon you will see it here as well.

And all this is being done by a small minority of Muslims.

You have defined what you perceive as a problem. What is your solution?

The only solution is to defend our constitution. When Muslims seek to impose their beliefs on non-Muslims they should be stopped dead in their tracks. We should not appease or compromise with them. They have no right to impose their beliefs on non-Muslims.

And as I wrote in another thread, under legal theory the Muslims are not entitled to freedom of religion, because they seek to overthrow that very right. You cannot claim the protection of a right to overthrow that very right. I posted a Supreme Court decision in 1940 where Justice Holmes ruled that you cannot use freedom of speech to incite unlawful acts. Taking away freedom of speech is unlawful under our constitution. This ruling was designed to stop communists from using free speech to advocate overthrowing free speech.

Do you understand that? It makes perfect sense. You can't claim freedom of religion and use that very freedom to advocate overthrowing freedom of religion, but this is exactly what the Muslims are doing all over Europe and will be doing here soon.

Sorry, Winman, but I do not accept your manner of thinking. We will have to agree to disagree about this.

That is not my manner of thinking, that is real legal theory. You cannot claim and excercise freedom of religion to advocate banning everyone else's religion. You cannot claim freedom of speech to advocate banning freedom of speech. If that doesn't make sense to you, then I don't know what to tell you.

You see, when you agree to our constitution, what holds true for you holds true for the other person as well. If you are entitled free political speech, then so is the other person. But if you advocate overthrowing freedom of speech then you are not entering in to this agreement, and therefore are not entitled to this right yourself.

Think about it awhile and you will see it makes perfect sense. This is why our elections work, both sides agree to abide by the results of an election by exercising the very right of voting. When you vote, you agree that you will support whichever candidate wins. You can't get mad and rebel against our law because your candidate lost. This is the very same concept.

Thought about it, but sorry, I don't agree with your thinking.

Have a blessed Sunday in worship of the King of kings. :)

What if I was a Muslim and imposed a ban of Christian worship in your town? I am excercising my religious freedom to ban your's. Would that be OK with you?

Here are Muslims destroying a church in Kosovo. They were just exercising their religious freedom.

    Less than one might believe.

Approximately 80% of the mosques in the US teach the virulent brand of islam known as wahabbism. Funded mainly by the Saudis, they teach that all unbelievers (i.e. Moslems who did not accept his teaching, as well as Christians, &c.) are to be put to death.

Some may feel slandered. Most are not.

Any evidence in support of this statement?

Another thing to keep in mind is that the Koran teaches that all unbelievers should be put to death. It teaches that doctrine to all muslims.

Just because all muslims do not adhere strictly to those teachings, does not mean we should ignore the danger presented by the significant percentage of those who do.

Is it not true that many schools are bending overbackwards to teach tolerance of Mulism and other such actions.

sounds like putting the frog into cold water then slowly turining up the heat....

One of these days the liberals (progressives?) will pull their head out of the sand as they feel their backside being being whacked, saying "Wha' hoppnin'??)

But by then reality will be too little, too late!!

I can easily condemn a whole group of people like that. They are all sinners who are on their way to hell unless they are changed by the blood of Jesus.

However, increasingly, it is dangerous and/or forbidden to even speak to them about Christ. Dangerous and forbidden in other countries and apparently it's being forbidden in this country as well (thinking of the college students (I think it was) who went to a Muslim festival and were arrested - in the US).
