    John McCain’s campaign on Thursday accused Barack Obama of injecting racial overtones into the 2008 presidential race when he warned voters that the presumptive Republican presidential nominee is going to try to scare them by pointing out differences between the Democrat and “all those other presidents on the dollar bills.”

    It is increasingly looking like this campaign will engage in the most grade school debate level of any presidential campaign so far during my lifetime.

    That's fine. It makes me feel that much better and wiser about increasing the time I spend with bluegrass music and decreasing the amount of time that I spend paying attention to this general election presidential campaign. This campaign may end up equalling the 1996 campaign when I watched very little of any of the general election debates and considered it to be the most boring presidential campaign in my lifetime. This year's campaign may end up taking the cake in that regard, too.

    In 1996, you had Clinton, a man of intellect, running against a statesman in Dole.

    This year, you have Paris Hilton running against angry Uncle Chester.

    Dunno if '96 is equal to '08 or not. At least the VP debate could be interesting :laugh:

    I'd pay to see an unofficial 3 way debate with Barr thrown in, or 4 with Nader.

    I thought I saw him say on tv that he was running but haven't heard word one about him. For that matter haven't heard anything about anyone cept the two stooges :laugh:

    Race card - let's see which race? Black a tad, white half or arab the rest?
